What materials does AULY use?
AULY pieces are crafted from high-quality stainless steel and finished with 18k gold PVD plating, offering enhanced durability and long-lasting color.
What is PVD gold-coated jewelry?
PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition. Unlike traditional gold plating, where a thin layer of gold is applied onto metal, PVD is an advanced vacuum coating process. Solid 18k gold is vaporized and bonded to our stainless steel base metal at a molecular level.
Why choose PVD gold coating over traditional gold plating or vermeil?
Traditional gold plating uses a chemical process that deposits a thin layer of gold onto the surface of a metal. Because this layer sits on top of the metal, it can gradually wear down over time with exposure to air, moisture, and skin oils. As the plating thins, the underlying metal may begin to oxidize, which can lead to tarnishing or discoloration.
PVD, on the other hand, is an advanced vacuum coating process that bonds gold to the surface at a molecular level. The result is a finish that is more durable and more resistant to oxidation, tarnishing, fading, and everyday wear compared to traditional gold plating.

How should I store my jewelry?
Store your pieces in the jewelry pouch, plastic pouch, or box provided when not in use to help preserve their finish and protect them from scratches.
Can I wear my AULY jewelry in water?
Yes, AULY jewelry is designed to be worn through everyday moments, including showering or swimming. Our jewelry is made from stainless steel with PVD coating, making it highly resistant to water and everyday exposure.
To keep your jewelry looking its best over time and prolong its lifespan, we recommend rinsing and drying your AULY piece after exposure to chlorine, salt water, or sweat; and avoiding contact with harsh chemicals.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth to remove oils or residue after wear. For a deeper clean, you may wash it with mild soap and water, then rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Orders & Shipping
Do you offer shipping within the Philippines?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping within the Philippines via Gogo Xpress.
- Free shipping for orders above ₱2,400
- For orders below ₱2,400, a flat shipping rate applies:
- ₱100 within Metro Manila
- ₱180 outside Metro Manila
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx or DHL.
- Free international shipping for orders above $150
- For orders below $150, a flat shipping rate of $35 will apply
- Express delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Who is responsible for the package once it has been shipped?
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, delivery is under the responsibility of the shipping provider. AULY is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
However, if you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in coordinating with the courier.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include photos of the item and packaging so that we can assist you promptly.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been dispatched, AULY is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been sent out, you will receive the shipping confirmation and tracking details via email so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
All AULY pieces undergo careful quality checks before shipment. At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging for any exchange requests to be considered.
